Preparations Before Using a Vertical Dual-Drive Grinder.

1. Place the vertical dual-power grinding mill on a stable foundation, and secure the machine’s drive and stationary components to the ground to prevent it from shifting during operation. 2. Check that all fasteners on the vertical dual-power grinding mill are secure and reliable; tighten any loose parts and replace any damaged parts promptly. 3. Check that all moving parts of the grinder operate smoothly, that the connection between the motor and the gearbox is secure, and that the motor runs normally. 4. Check the machine’s lubrication status; if grease levels are low, replenish them promptly. 5. Check that the grinder’s screen is intact; if it is damaged, replace it immediately. 6. Check the hopper for foreign objects; if any are present, remove them completely. 7. Check whether the feed inlet of the flour mill is unobstructed; if blocked, clear it immediately. 8. Check whether the feed inlet switch is in good condition; if damaged, replace it. 9. Check whether the power cord of the vertical dual-power flour mill is in good condition; if damaged, replace it. 10. Check whether the start button of the flour mill is in good condition; if damaged, replace it. 11. Check whether the protective cover of the vertical dual-power flour mill is in good condition; if damaged, replace it. 12. Check whether the control panel of the flour mill is in good condition; if damaged, replace it. 13. Check whether the grounding wire of the flour mill is in good condition; if damaged, replace it. 14. Check whether the lightning protection system of the flour mill is in good condition; if damaged, replace it. 15. Check whether the grinding mill’s alarm system is in good working order; if damaged, replace it. 16. Check whether the grinding mill’s fire protection system is in good working order; if damaged, replace it. 17. Check whether the grinding mill’s lighting system is in good working order; if damaged, replace it. 18. Check whether the grinding mill’s ventilation system is in good working order; if damaged, replace it. 19. Check whether the grinding mill’s dust collection system is in good working order.
